Why impetus? The things in this blog, the fun we have doing them together, and the way they are accomplished is what motivates us to do these things. The benifits are an added bonus.

Kayenta
Bill and Dave rode up to Kayenta and back for an 18 miler for dave and a 21 miler for Bill. The picture is of them is taken in front of the Red Mountain looking off toward Snow Canyon and Tuacahn.
We are group that started as trail runners. Led by our un-elected, but well supported, leader Bill (aka Biligoat) we head out to enjoy the outdoors. We don't like to run on the hard pavement and beat our feet while dulling our mind. Getting off the beaten path and exploring while exercising is our game. We also ride bike, swim, hike, scramble, etc. Most have a run a marathon, done a triathlon, or both; the rest are training to do one (even if they don't know it yet).
