Why impetus? The things in this blog, the fun we have doing them together, and the way they are accomplished is what motivates us to do these things. The benifits are an added bonus.

Mich, Rich, and Chris went on a long run through Snow Canyon State Park. Here they are on a high peak they climbed up on out of White Rocks area just after they started the run.
We are group that started as trail runners. Led by our un-elected, but well supported, leader Bill (aka Biligoat) we head out to enjoy the outdoors. We don't like to run on the hard pavement and beat our feet while dulling our mind. Getting off the beaten path and exploring while exercising is our game. We also ride bike, swim, hike, scramble, etc. Most have a run a marathon, done a triathlon, or both; the rest are training to do one (even if they don't know it yet).
